10 minutes before arriving at the terminal please call the Operations number 0870 242 0134 to let them know you are approaching Gatwick. For North Terminal: keep on the ground level and take the outside lane to the end opposite the car rentals office. For South Terminal: keep on ground level and drive to far end of concourse past the traffic lights where you will be met by our chauffeur.

Return Procedure
On return call the number given on arrival for delivery of your vehicle.

From the M25 and London, join the M23 at junction 7 southbound. Exit M23 at junction 10. (DO NOT TAKE JUNCTION 9 TO GATWICK) Take the A264 to East Grinstead. Continue across two roundabouts. Approximately 3/4 of a mile after the 2nd roundabout, turn right into the Shell Petrol Station. The entrance to APH is at the rear of the station.

South Terminal: On approach to the terminal, stay to the right hand lane and stay on the ground floor of the Terminal. Proceed to the end of the tunnel where on the left hand side are courtesy stops 11 & 12. Situated to the right of this is a waiting area where an ACE representative wearing a pink shirt will be waiting to collect your car. North Terminal: On approach to the terminal, stay on the lower level at all times. Take the far right hand lane marked Cars Only. Proceed to the end of the lane where you will find a glass car rentals building and on the left hand side will be a waiting area where an ACE representative wearing a pink shirt will collect your car.

At the next roundabout take the 4th exit and join the A23 northbound. At the next roundabout take the last exit and join the A23 southbound towards Crawley. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. After 200 yards turn left into Charlwood Road. BCP is 1.5 miles ahead on the right.

For South Terminal: keep on ground floor level and head for 'car drop off' drive to far end of concourse passing over the traffic lights. On arrival, you will be met by our chauffeur. who will be wearing black meteor Meet and Greet parking shirts and black trousers. They will be waiting with a trolley for you.
